Travel By Us -- uses ITA Software's search engine, and you can book the flights too.

Orbitz -- ditto.

Alternatively, look for flights using ITA Software's beta test interface -- then go to another site to actually book the flights.

Hotwire travel: good fares, but only if you don't care about the time of travel.

Southwest WN (their routers get confused by explicit congestion notification; turn off ECN)
